Our ergonomic whitewater and Touring shafts have both been designed in house by Lance. A study was undertaken of other neutral torque shafts alongside paddlers who use them. The accomplished goal was to design a crank that matches the majority of paddlers capabilities and limitations, rather than forcing them to adapt. By making small changes and developments our cranks will greatly prevent discomfort, fatigue, and injury ensuring the user can perform with the least amount of strain. Through experience of using other manufacturers cranks for our blades in the past, with disastrous consequences, you can be 100% assured a lot of thought has gone into the constructions structure. The result is the ultimate crank shaft  

Neutral Torque

The Axis of a Neutral Crank remains the same from end to end, keeping the blades in line with your hands, just like a straight shaft. Our cranks have long oval grips which are extremely comfortable in the hands, and very easy to use. The crank sections do not restrict grip, and are perfect for shaft length adjustment. Please be aware, once used you will not want to go back to using a straight shaft.
